#Labels, tags and model

  • Use labels people can recognise from a floor plan, site list or support call.
  • Apply a small, agreed tag vocabulary rather than creating near-duplicates.
  • Set the model only when it is known; guessing can create misleading compatibility checks.
  • After editing, confirm the list reflects the new value before moving on.

#Add or recover a player

Depending on your permissions, BrightBridge may let you prepare or import player setup material. Use the name and model supplied by your organisation, download the resulting setup package and follow the approved physical media procedure.

#Remove a player record

Removal is a high-impact action intended for retired, replaced or deliberately rebuilt players. It can remove retained history and requires the player to be prepared again before reuse.
