#Select the exact players

    Clear leftovers from the previous job, then apply only the approved filter or tag.

You are finished when the selected count and the approved target count are exactly the same.

A hidden selection can survive a filter change. Trust the selected count, not the number of rows you can currently see.

#Understand release options

#Read the dry run

    Read it again. It must equal the approved number of players.

    Read the full name and version. Do not rely on remembering what you clicked earlier.

    Run Dry Run

    Press once. This checks the plan without replacing live content.

    Warnings and targets

    Read every target result. Explain every warning before continuing.

    Deploy

    Use only when the dry run is current and clean. Press once, then keep the page open.

You are finished when every target has a result you understand and Deploy is used only after a fresh, acceptable dry run.

Changing any player, presentation, variable or option makes the old dry run stale. Run it again.

The dry run is the most important safety step. It validates the current players, presentation and options without changing active content.

Work from top to bottom: confirm the normal rewrite settings, review overrides and advanced options, run the dry run, and only then use Deploy. Rollback and Disk are separate recovery and storage tools—not part of a routine release.

#Apply the content release

    Confirm the dry run is current and acceptable.

    Choose the apply action once.
  3. 3
    Keep the page open while the job progresses.
  4. 4
    Read per-player results rather than only the overall banner.

    Record any failed or partial targets for targeted follow-up.

#Verify player collection

A successful BrightBridge job means the release was prepared and made available. The player must still contact the platform, collect the content and begin playback.

    Return to Players and watch for fresh activity on the intended targets.

    Compare the current presentation with the released version.
  3. 3
    Use a snapshot, Liveview or physical confirmation on representative screens.
  4. 4
    Check every exception individually.
  5. 5
    Close the change only when the agreed verification is complete.

#Handle partial results

  • Do not repeat the whole fleet release because one player failed.
  • Separate players that were offline from players that returned a content error.
  • Re-run a dry run for only the affected, corrected targets.
  • Preserve the original result and time in the handover or change record.
